Definition of Luxury

Merriam-Webster has this definition of Luxury:
1 : a condition of abundance or great ease and comfort : sumptuous environment
2a : something adding to pleasure or comfort but not absolutely necessary
b : an indulgence in something that provides pleasure, satisfaction, or ease
I find this definition woefully incomplete, here is mine:
Luxury starts where you pass the gate to paradise…
Luxury is where the sun welcomes you in your room…
Luxury is where there is room for intimate spaces…
Luxury is where the table is always set…
Luxury is structures small enough that each individual is seen as a person…
Luxury is where there is good food and drink are individually prepared for you…
Luxury is a quiet and relaxing environment…
Luxury is where the sirens are smiling…
Luxury is where the pool is waiting for you…
Luxury is where life’s smaller desires are fulfilled without even being expressed…
Luxury is where the day can slowly start to end in beauty…

Luxury is good taste, on your plate and on the table…
Luxury is plant ripened berries in January (for those in the northern hemisphere at least)…

BTW: I wasn’t so sure in advance, it is winter in Morocco too, but in Agadir the temperatures were perfect over the New Years week. Cold at night, but as soon as the sun comes up summer-like temperatures. And we didn’t see a single cloud the whole week!
