Every city I go, I always find their nice restaurants...last time in Vegas, had steak in Carnevino's steakhouse, aged 9 months, then next day at Cut for their Wagyu steak with bone marrows...
Awe...you make me want to go Vegas again.
Live happy, eat while your body can take it...yum.
