there's a difference between "Full Service" and "Maintenance Service"?

I've got a JLC here, warranty is going to expire soon and I would like to take full advantage of servicing for the LAST TIME while it's still "free".

So I spoke to my JLC retailer and they told me that a Full Servicing is not covered by warranty. I still have to pay for this servicing.

Thing is, when I first bought it from JLC, they said I could get a full servicing and everything's covered and that's the advantage from buying from their official stores compared to other dealers.

I based my decision on their assurance and that was why I chose them and paid a premium and bought from them in the first place.

Can't help but feel misled now that they've changed their tune and told
me that I have to bear the full cost of a full servicing.

I'm disappointed but otherwise I'm alright.

What's your opinion on this?
