Horological Meandering:
I have seen some older watchmaker / service guys wield the knife to remove sping bars and casebacks.
They seem to have great control but they are mostly changing quartz batteries. But you never know this may be a best practice for some casebacks. Love the Daytona. Have a great Friday. Bill
