Anybody that against PHO commits crime against humanity :) :) :). You should go to Saigon (the real city) and try different variety of pho. It's mind bogglingly delicious and diverse. cen@jkt

I haven't ventured to Vietnam but I can imagine how wonderful the Pho must be. Do you add the herbs, sprouts, lime, and peppers? I see some dip their noodles with hosin and fish sauce. -MW
