I got CRABS in Hong Kong! =O

One of the best things about Hong Kong is the food, especially the seafood.  While I enjoy our Dungeness Crab out here, it's fun to discover different varieties.  The hottest thing on the menu were the seasonal Hairy Crabs:




Lots and lots of crabs!

in Japan last month. They are so delicious and can be done in different ways including tempora. They are meaty and require much less effort to de-shell. :) I have not taken to the habit of taking food pics. but next time I'll try to remember. :) Best fern...

As usual we ate a lot in HK and it was worth every calorie! :) If done right, I think HK'ers would enjoy the Cajun-style dungeness crabs. -MW

Since you are foodie, HK is a must do. Lots of places for roasted goose. We did got to try abalone at a couple of places and it was good. How is the selection of abalone near you? -MW

Vancouver is so beautiful. It's been a while since we've been there but I remember the food was really good. Long time ago in the 80's we did the World's Expo and visited Buchart Gardens on Vancouver Island. So amazed at the sunset so late at night! -MW

Man Ho restaurant at the JW Mariott! Stuffed Crab Shell was delicious! BBQ Pork, Roasted Goose, and an amazing Roast Pig A rich consumme: Snow Pea Leaves with Black Garlic. The black garlic chips were very unique, it had a very sweet taste to it. Scallops...
