I've been wearing my Dawn of the New Day Offshore recently. For those who don't know this watch, it was one of a handful of prototypes that PuristS founder Dr. Thomas Mao made which had a prototype black PVD like coating where the black coating is somehow
The original 5270 is a leaf hand, but I prefer this shape type. Even the clasp is set with jewels, giving it a luxurious feel. We took a two-shot with 5539G (MR Tourbillon)
So the tradition uses screws, and it seems super easy to slip and scratch lugs. Any tips for doing this without being the first ape to put a scratch on a nice watch? lol
