And the food alone is worth the trip, even more than one! Every village, however small, has its specialties... and what about buffalo mozzarella: something not even comparable to what you find in retail trade... literally drives me crazy!!! Best, massi

Hello A-L-B! I bet it taste amazing when it is fresh out of the oven. I had something similar in Boston's North End which is their little Italy however yours looks so much lighter and flakier! Is there much butter (and or butter flavor) in the pastry? -MW...
