has not changed much ... last time I was there , 2 yrs ago. Brings back some memories ! Do agree that the offerings are both hit and misses ... some of the signature dishes have also remained the same all these years. Btw, have u been to El Buli before it...

Presentation seems great but the executions appears to be inconsistent. Was spherication techniuqe used on the Xiao Long Bao? Would you recommend me trying this place when I visit HK? -MW

Worth to try once. Go for lunch. Cheaper. Must eat the pork. Another restaurant I'd recommend is The Chairman. cen@jkt
