Your P1800!!

I'm quite a Volvo enthusiast. Although I don't know everything about Volvo, but I do know what I like.

I've lived most of my life in Singapore, and I only saw the P1800 once ever in the wild. It was ahead of me at a stop light, and I was too stunned to even whip out my phone to take a picture of it!

Anyway, since I'm no mechanic and I can't imagine myself maintaining a vintage, I'm driving a modern remake of the P1800, which is the C30. I don't think the C30 will ever replace the P1800 in terms of the cool factor, but it is so fun to drive.

Here some pictures of my little Volvo...

Sorry about the toilet rolls in the boot. The car is so tiny, it's really a challenge to do my shopping with it.

I like to match my watch to my car if I can...

And this is what I enjoy most about this little car - the driving experience. So fast, so powerful.

[

I used to drive a monster of an SUV, and honestly, I prefer driving small, low cars more.

Sorry for hijacking your post. I trust you had a great holiday smile

My wife has a lot of talents to find THE place to go for a relaxing week end. Always. Here, we went to Gilly, in a somptuous Castle from the 12th Century, which has been converted into an hotel. Bourgogne is a charming part of France, with some well known...

The C 30 is a charming coupé. And yes, a reminiscence of the P 1800 ES, the Shooting Break version of the P 1800 S or E. You drive different, when you are in a Volvo. The C 30 has something more, which is Fun. Bravo, DM. Best, Nicolas

We have an automotive forum too if you want to post more car pictures! I have been noticing a few P1800s this summer in California. I've seen four in the past few weeks. I can imagine they're rare sights in Singapore.

this place well, having stayed there in the 90s.,during a visit to the surrounding vineyards The rooms were very spacious, even those on the ground level--almost mini-suites,and they had a fine restaurant in the basement! Would love to visit the area again...

The restaurant is excellent, indeed. And the place, charming.
