Thanks for that shot!
By White gold, do you mean that the SLR is coated in REAL White gold? Or is it just the name of the colour?
I do appreciate the photo very much, but in case you havent read my previous posts about my most favourite colour, you will have noticed that while Platinum IS my most favourite material so to speak, the colour of it ( that is greyish white) IS NOT actually my most favourite colour, not least for a car.
For a car, or for things in general, it can ONLY BE Midnight Blue!!!!
From all my experience, i have seen the least "perfect" blue cars on the street yet, and really good Midnight Blue cars are even rarer on the road than a Patek Philippe 5100P!
I don't know what is it that people just dont seem to appreciate blue cars. And by Blue i don't mean some "cheapo" blues. I mean really good, metallic dark dark shade blue cars. For example for Mercedes Benz, they offer in their catalogue a very good shade called "Tanzanite Blue", and till today, even in Tokyo, in my 5 years here, i'V ONLY seen it 5 times. ( 3 times on a CLS, twice on an S-class )
How rare is that? And for Ferrari's Blu Tour de France, even worst, probably not even once on any of the current models. I did manage to see once, but on a 360 Modena.
I have a few photos of 3 Ferrari's in Blu Tour de France, in the photos somehow they appear brighter than they actually are in reality, kinda like my straps! But the frint side shot of the F430 is pretty close!
Anyways, here they are!
Cheers!
