A look at the menu choices:
A little bit of champagne with my companion AP to start our journey to Taipei:
The starter is a Cured Scottish Sea Trout:
Cherry tomato and greens with the Cured Trout:
Hot from the oven Garlic bread:
Lobster Oriental style with Ginger and Onion, Seasonal Vegetables:
Dessert was a slice of Pecan Pie and Fresh Fruit
A nice hot cup of Chinese Black Tea to end the supper meal:
Once we are underway, the cabin lighting changes color, to wash up and go to sleep...it's a long flight to Taipei!
For breakfast, we start with a glass of orange juice:
Our choices for the Breakfast Meals:
Caramelized Onion and Mushroom Omelette
Taiwanese Style Congee Severed with Cold Delicatessens, Egg Pancake with Basil, Mixed Mushroom with Snap Peas and Carrot
Almond Croissant Bread Pudding with Chocolate Covered Bacon and Vanilla Cream Sauce
Since we are headed to Taiwan, let's do the choice number 2:
The Taiwanese style porridge was very plain. It came with a variety of add ons that you place into the porridge. Pork Sung, Bean Curd with Celery, and Gluten:
The Mixed Veggie was pretty good:
This was rather too bland for me so I looked for a snack:
I heard about the Cheeseburger from others that flew on this flight, many don't know about it so I had to try it out. Looks pretty good!
Surprisingly it was fantastic! It was served on a brioche bun with fat cut fries. The fires were ok but it sure it the spot.
YUM!!!
