I'm not a fan of uni or amaebi but when it's good I'll eat it. How were the scallops at Sushi Nakazawa? I like those plates that O Ya used for their dishes, glad to hear that the staff knew the menu!

But the fish was all exceptionally fresh and well prepared The presentation at O ya was exceptional ( incl the crockery) Interestingly the decor at Sushi nakazawa was much more formal Julian
