Do they offer a medium rare version? Every French Dip I have ever had was alway well done and I much prefer rare - medium rare. JerryW

They don't, only place that I ever had a French Dip with rare beef was in the Quincy area out in Boston at Joe's American Bar & Grill ...it was fantastic! -MW ...

I always go to Würstkuche and The Pie Hole when I am in downtown LA. Now I'll try Philippe's as I do enjoy French Dip sandwiches.
